Persimmon Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe persimmon
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 200 gr silken tofu
  • grated zest of 1 organic lemon
  • 1/4 tsp ground vanilla

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth

  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and serve immediately
