Creamy Mango Smoothie with Tofu and Turmeric
Ingredients
- 120 g ripe mango
- 120 g frozen banana
- 120 g frozen grapes
- 150 g yellow zucchini
- 150 g silken tofu
- 1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder
- 1 piece fresh turmeric (5 g)
- A little plant mylk to adjust consistency
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender
Blend until smooth, adding more plant mylk if needed to adjust consistency
