Delicious High Protein Winter Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 serving (40g) Tri Blend Select Banana flavour
- 150g silken tofu
- 1 large frozen banana
- splash of milk (30ml)
- 1 chopped apple with cinnamon (1 tsp)
- 1 tbsp soy yoghurt (15g) (topping)
Preparation
Simply stew your apple in a pan with some cinnamon, meanwhile whizzing the rest of your ingredients in a blender.
Pour smoothie into a bowl, top with the apple and a spoonful of soy yoghurt!
