Delicious High Protein Winter Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 serving (40g) Tri Blend Select Banana flavour
  • 150g silken tofu
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • splash of milk (30ml)
  • 1 chopped apple with cinnamon (1 tsp)
  • 1 tbsp soy yoghurt (15g) (topping)

Preparation

  1. Simply stew your apple in a pan with some cinnamon, meanwhile whizzing the rest of your ingredients in a blender.

  2. Pour smoothie into a bowl, top with the apple and a spoonful of soy yoghurt!
