Berry Smoothie Bowl with Healthy Fats and Protein
Ingredients
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1 cup milk
- Small handful of ice cubes
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 heaped tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1 heaped tbsp nut butter
- Fresh berries
- Apricot & Coconut Muesli
Preparation
Add all ingredients except fresh berries and muesli to a high-powered blender and blend until thick and creamy.
Top with fresh berries and muesli.
