Berry Smoothie Bowl with Healthy Fats and Protein

Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1 cup milk
  • Small handful of ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 heaped tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 1 heaped tbsp nut butter
  • Fresh berries
  • Apricot & Coconut Muesli

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients except fresh berries and muesli to a high-powered blender and blend until thick and creamy.

  2. Top with fresh berries and muesli.

  3. This recipe serves 1.
