Nutritious Açaí Bowl with Mango and Berries
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mangoes
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1/4-1/3 cup milk
- frozen açaí pulp
Preparation
Cut a banana in half; put one half in the blender and keep the other half for topping.
Add 1/2 cup frozen mangoes to the blender.
Add 1/2 cup frozen berries to the blender.
Add 1/4-1/3 cup homemade milk to the blender.
Add frozen açaí pulp to the blender.
Blend all ingredients until smooth using a high-speed blender.
Pour the mixture into a bowl.
Add your favorite toppings, such as the reserved banana half.
