Summer Frozen Fruit and Seed Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 large banana
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 heaped tbsp mixed seeds (pumpkin, flax, sunflower, sesame)
- 250/300ml milk (less if for smoothie bowl)
Preparation
Add more milk for a smoothie and less for a smoothie bowl.
Blend until smooth.
Top with berries, seeds, and melted chocolate.
