Summer Frozen Fruit and Seed Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 heaped tbsp mixed seeds (pumpkin, flax, sunflower, sesame)
  • 250/300ml milk (less if for smoothie bowl)

Preparation

  1. Add more milk for a smoothie and less for a smoothie bowl.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Top with berries, seeds, and melted chocolate.
