Cold Brew Smoothie with Banana and Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup frozen cucumber
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder or collagen
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • A tiny bit of coffee
  • Banana slices
  • Hemp seeds
  • Crumbled mocha chip cookie

Preparation

  1. Blend the frozen bananas, frozen cucumber, vanilla protein powder or collagen, and plain yogurt to make the smoothie.

  2. Pour a tiny bit of coffee into the bottom of a cup.

  3. Pour the smoothie over the coffee.

  4. Top with banana slices, hemp seeds, and a crumbled mocha chip cookie.
