Cold Brew Smoothie with Banana and Yogurt
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup frozen cucumber
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder or collagen
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- A tiny bit of coffee
- Banana slices
- Hemp seeds
- Crumbled mocha chip cookie
Preparation
Blend the frozen bananas, frozen cucumber, vanilla protein powder or collagen, and plain yogurt to make the smoothie.
Pour a tiny bit of coffee into the bottom of a cup.
Pour the smoothie over the coffee.
Top with banana slices, hemp seeds, and a crumbled mocha chip cookie.
