Healthy Acai Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 packs of frozen acai pulp
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 3 frozen very ripe bananas
  • 1/2 tsp baobab powder (optional)
  • 1/2 cup of coconut water or nut milk

Toppings

  • granola (to taste)
  • fresh or frozen fruits (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Blend the acai pulp, frozen berries, frozen bananas, baobab powder, and coconut water or nut milk until smooth

  2. Pour the mixture into two bowls

  3. Top with granola, fresh or frozen fruits, and a tablespoon of almond butter or peanut butter.
