Vanilla Berry Acai Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 80g frozen berries
- 1 scoop vanilla protein, optional*
- 60ml plant-based milk
- granola, dried goji berries, coconut, chia seeds, cacao nibs, chocolate peanuts, banana slices, strawberries, syrup
Preparation
Add all the acai bowl ingredients to a blender and process until thick and creamy
Add more milk as necessary for a smooth consistency
Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings
