Vanilla Berry Acai Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 80g frozen berries
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein, optional*
  • 60ml plant-based milk
  • granola, dried goji berries, coconut, chia seeds, cacao nibs, chocolate peanuts, banana slices, strawberries, syrup

Preparation

  1. Add all the acai bowl ingredients to a blender and process until thick and creamy

  2. Add more milk as necessary for a smooth consistency

  3. Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings
