Tropical Morning Protein Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1/4 red dragon fruit
- 1 serve protein powder, currently I’m loving @thebeautychef Body Inner Beauty Support
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- 1 cup milk
- Ice cubes for added thickness
Preparation
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Top with 1/4 cup of Maple & Vanilla Granola, fresh fruit, and coconut flakes.
