Tropical Morning Protein Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/4 red dragon fruit
  • 1 serve protein powder, currently I’m loving @thebeautychef Body Inner Beauty Support
  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • Ice cubes for added thickness

Preparation

  1. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Top with 1/4 cup of Maple & Vanilla Granola, fresh fruit, and coconut flakes.
