Get Up and Go Smoothie
Ingredients
- 100g @thecollectiveuk straight up live Greek yoghurt
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp @pipandnut peanut butter
- 100ml @jimmysicedcoffee
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 40g oats
- A handful of ice if you like it thick
Preparation
Serves 1.
Throw all ingredients into a nutribullet or blender.
Blitz until smooth.
