Rich dark chocolate orange smoothies

Ingredients

  • 1 juicy orange
  • 1 banana
  • Optional: 1/2 avocado for extra creaminess
  • 1 teaspoon nut butter (almond, peanut, or walnut)
  • 1 heaped tablespoon cacao powder
  • Optional: 4 ice cubes for cooling
  • Almond milk (to cover)
  • Cacao nibs for sprinkling

Preparation

  1. If it’s hot outside or you need cooling, add 4 ice cubes.

  2. Cover the ingredients with almond milk.

  3. Blend until smooth.

  4. Pour into glasses.

  5. Sprinkle with cacao nibs.

  6. Peel another orange for enjoyment.
