High Protein Sugar-Free Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

  • 250g silken tofu
  • 1 frozen banana (the riper the better)
  • 2-3 tbsp plant milk (e.g. oat or almond milk)
  • 30g raw cacao powder
  • Agave syrup to taste
  • Optional: a pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, add a bit of plant-milk if too dry

  2. Top it with fresh or frozen berries and chocolate pieces

  3. Best served cold
