High Protein Sugar-Free Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
- 250g silken tofu
- 1 frozen banana (the riper the better)
- 2-3 tbsp plant milk (e.g. oat or almond milk)
- 30g raw cacao powder
- Agave syrup to taste
- Optional: a pinch of salt
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, add a bit of plant-milk if too dry
Top it with fresh or frozen berries and chocolate pieces
Best served cold
