Easy Vegan Chocolate Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup coconut milk or almond milk
  • 6 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/5 cup coconut shreds
  • A small pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Add some toppings of your choice

Preparation

  1. Use a high-speed blender or mixer.

  2. Add all ingredients except coconut shreds and blend until well combined.

  3. Pour the mixture into a jar.

  4. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours to achieve the perfect consistency.

  5. Sprinkle coconut shreds on top before serving.

  6. Enjoy the pudding.
