Easy Vegan Chocolate Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup coconut milk or almond milk
- 6 Tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/4 cup agave syrup
- 2 1/2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/5 cup coconut shreds
- A small pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Add some toppings of your choice
Preparation
Use a high-speed blender or mixer.
Add all ingredients except coconut shreds and blend until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a jar.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours to achieve the perfect consistency.
Sprinkle coconut shreds on top before serving.
