Vegan Galaxy Smoothie with Fresh Blueberries
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup coconut yogurt (+ 1 tbsp)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 cup cashew milk
Preparation
Swirl a tablespoon of coconut yogurt in your glass before blending and pouring your purple smoothie inside.
Top with optional coconut whipped cream and ground vegan graham crackers.
