Vegan Galaxy Smoothie with Fresh Blueberries

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt (+ 1 tbsp)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup cashew milk

Preparation

  1. Swirl a tablespoon of coconut yogurt in your glass before blending and pouring your purple smoothie inside.

  2. Top with optional coconut whipped cream and ground vegan graham crackers.
