Cheesy Rice with Mushrooms and Peas
Ingredients
- leftover brown rice
- a couple tablespoons vegetable stock
- a pinch of rosemary
- a pinch of thyme
- mushrooms
- garlic
- pepper
- peas
- some cooking cream
- "parmesan" mix
Preparation
In a large pan, reheat the rice with a couple tablespoons of vegetable stock, a pinch of rosemary, and a pinch of thyme.
Simultaneously, fry some mushrooms with garlic and pepper.
Once the vegetable stock has almost cooked down completely, add the mushrooms, peas, some cooking cream, and the "parmesan" mix.
Note that nutritional yeast was considered but not used; it might work well in future attempts.
