a few weeks ago I was scrolling through instagram and 's mushrooms with rice and nutritional yeast caught my eye. I thought this could be something quick for using up leftover rice. fast forward to today and the leftover brown rice that was sitting in the fridge. in a large pan I reheated the rice with a couple tablespoons veg stock
a pinch of rosemary and thyme; and simultaneously fried off some mushrooms with garlic and pepper. once the veg stock had almost cooked down completely I added the mushrooms

still not keen on using nooch on its own ? but I think it would have worked here even for me. I'll try that next time
