Easy and Tasty Tomato Noodle Soup
Ingredients
- 10 oz pasta of your choice
- 2 boxes of vegetable broth
- 1 small can of tomato paste
- 1 can of tomato sauce
- 2 cups of water
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 small onion
- 1 packet @fieldroast sausages of your choice
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
You will need a large pot and a pan.
Add two boxes of vegetable stock (8 cups), tomato sauce and tomato paste to the pot and turn on high heat until it boils. Turn down to a low simmer. Add pasta and cook as directed on box.
While waiting for pot to boil, chop onion and slice sausage. Turn pan on medium-high heat and add 1 tbsp oil to sauté onion and sausage.
Add sausage and onions to the pot. Add spinach at the very end after you turn off pot.
