Maca Oats with Banana and Almond Milk
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 mashed banana or replace with 2 tsp sweetener
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Salt to taste
Toppings
- pears
- cinnamon
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- pinch of salt
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan, stir to combine, and allow to cook and thicken for 5 minutes.
Sauté diced pears with cinnamon, 2 tsp maple syrup, and a pinch of salt until softened, then add on top of the oats.
