Maca Oats
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- salt to taste

Maca oats
Cup rolled oats
Tbsp ground flaxseed
Mashed banana or replace with 2 tsp sweetener
Tsp maca powder
Tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
Cup unsweetened almond milk
Salt to taste
Add all ingredients to sauce pan, stir to combine and allow to cook and thicken for 5 minutes
I sautéed some diced pears until they were softened in cinnamon, 2 tsp maple syrup and a pinch of salt then added on top of the oats
