Banana Caramel Smoothie for One

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1-2 tsp carob
  • 1-2 tsp mesquite

Toppings

  • a drizzle of your favorite nut butter
  • blueberries
  • chopped hazelnuts
  • chopped tiger nuts
  • shredded coconut
  • cacao nibs
  • sliced banana
  • seeds (chia and golden flax)

Preparation

  1. Use 1-2 teaspoons of carob and mesquite depending on how caramelly you like your smoothie.

  2. Blend the bananas, carob, and mesquite until smooth.

  3. If desired, add toppings such as nut butter, blueberries, chopped hazelnuts, chopped tiger nuts, shredded coconut, cacao nibs, sliced banana, or seeds for extra flavor and texture.
