Berry-Nutty Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 10 medjool dates, seeds removed
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 2 cups desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt
  • freeze-dried raspberry (for coating)

Preparation

  1. Chuck everything into your food processor

  2. Pulse at high speed to get a well-combined, sticky mixture

  3. Scoop out the mixture and mold them into balls

  4. Bliss balls three-ways:

  5. Roll the balls in shredded coconut for extra texture

  6. Coat them with freeze-dried raspberry for fresh, fruity pop of color

  7. Dip them in melted dark chocolate for a sinister indulgence

  8. Pop your coated bliss balls into the fridge to set before snack time

  9. Enjoy!
