Choc Peanut Protein Oats

Ingredients

  • add 1/3 cup of porridge oats, a tsp of chia seeds, 1 tsp of cinnamon & 1 tsp of maca powder to a pot and stir
  • 2) add water to cover and heat on the hob until the oats are cooked (add more water than normal as the protein powder is gonna thicken it!)?
  • 3) take off the heat and add a scoop of protein powder, I used ‘chocolate peanut’ flavour, and stir????
  • 4) add to a bowl & add your fave toppings

  • - banana slices?
  • - a fresh fig
  • - 1 square of dark choc? (85% cocoa is my fav?)
  • - 1 heaped tsp of nut butter
