Fruity Oatmeal and Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Oatmeal base

  • oat flakes
  • flaxseeds
  • almond milk

Smoothie mix

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • handful frozen aronia
  • a few frozen raspberries
  • a few frozen blueberries
  • 2 dates
  • 1 ripe pear
  • a few basil leaves

Optional additions

  • @susprofoods protein bars

Preparation

  1. Prepare oatmeal using oat flakes, flaxseeds, and almond milk.

  2. Blend the smoothie by combining 2 frozen bananas, handful frozen aronia, a few frozen raspberries, a few frozen blueberries, 2 dates, 1 ripe pear, and a few basil leaves.

  3. Cover the oatmeal with the blended smoothie.

  4. Optionally, break up protein bars and mix them into the bowl.
