Fruity Oatmeal and Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
Oatmeal base
- oat flakes
- flaxseeds
- almond milk
Smoothie mix
- 2 frozen bananas
- handful frozen aronia
- a few frozen raspberries
- a few frozen blueberries
- 2 dates
- 1 ripe pear
- a few basil leaves
Optional additions
- @susprofoods protein bars
Preparation
Prepare oatmeal using oat flakes, flaxseeds, and almond milk.
Blend the smoothie by combining 2 frozen bananas, handful frozen aronia, a few frozen raspberries, a few frozen blueberries, 2 dates, 1 ripe pear, and a few basil leaves.
Cover the oatmeal with the blended smoothie.
Optionally, break up protein bars and mix them into the bowl.
