Healthy Green Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/4 of an avocado
  • huge handful of spinach
  • small handful of frozen peas
  • 1 flat teaspoon unicorn superfoods alkalising blend
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup soy milk or as much as needed to blend your smoothie

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until thick and smooth.

  2. Pour into a bowl and add any toppings you like.
