Ingredients

  • Elderberry 50g: Used to fight cold, flu, bronchitis and respiratory problems
  • Rosehip 50g: Very high in vitamin c, which boosts the immune system. It’s high in anti-oxidants too
  • Ginger 10g: Boosts immune system, helps in decongestion, sore throats
  • Black pepper 5g: has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Helps in chest congestion
  • Turmeric root 10g: do I need to write down how good turmeric is for us
  • Boil 350ml water with 1.5 tbsp of this blend. Add some honey if you wish
  • I don’t. Sip it hot whenever needed
