Neapolitan Protein Yoghurt Mousse Layers

Ingredients

  • 100g Nush Foods Natural Almond Milk Yoghurt
  • 10g Awesome Supps Choc & Nut Vegan Protein Powder
  • 100g Nush Foods Natural Almond Milk Yoghurt
  • 10g Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder
  • 100g Nush Foods Strawberry Almond Milk Yoghurt
  • 10g Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder
  • 3 strawberries
  • 35g Oat Pantry Dark Chocolate & Cherry Granola
  • 5g Oh So Good For You 70% Dark Chocolate

Preparation

  1. Purée the 3 strawberries.

  2. Using a fork, whip together the yoghurt and protein powder for each layer until smooth and no lumps remain.

  3. For the strawberry layer, stir in the strawberry purée after whipping.

  4. In a glass, layer the mousse over some granola and top with dark chocolate pieces.
