Easy Overnight Oats Breakfast with Seeds
Ingredients
- 3 1/3 cup scoops of whole rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- A few dashes of cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Oat milk or almond milk
- Pure maple syrup
Preparation
Experiment with mix-ins such as chia seeds, hemp seeds, and cinnamon for variety
In a mason jar, add oats, chia seeds, hemp seeds, cinnamon and salt. Mix to combine
Add oat milk and fill until it’s about an inch over the dry ingredients
Place in the refrigerator overnight
In the morning, add oats to a pot to warm up with a little pure maple syrup to add some sweetness
Cook for a few minutes until warm, adding extra milk if too thick
Serve with desired toppings such as berries, banana, almond butter, etc.
This recipe makes about 3 servings and leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days
