Spiced Tofu and Paneer Stuffed Paratha

Ingredients

  • Tofu
  • Chili powder
  • Salt
  • Cumin powder
  • Onion
  • Whole wheat dough
  • Clarified butter
  • Pickle
  • Yogurt

Preparation

  1. Grate the tofu and sauté it for a couple of minutes.

  2. In a bowl, add the sautéed tofu with chili powder, salt, cumin powder, onion, and mix well.

  3. Take some whole wheat dough, fill it with the tofu mixture, and roll it out.

  4. On a skillet, cook the paratha on both sides with clarified butter.

  5. Serve with pickle and yogurt.

Notes

  1. Paneer or tofu is a good source of protein for vegetarians and is loved by kids and adults alike. Some yogurt and pickle on the side is perfect.
