Paneer/tofu Paratha

Ingredients

  • tofu
  • chili powder
  • salt
  • cumin powder
  • onion
  • whole wheat dough
  • pickle
  • yogurt

Preparation

  1. Grate tofu and sauté it for couple of minutes

  2. In a bowl add sauté tofu with some chili powder, salt, cumin powder, onion and mix it well

  3. Take some whole wheat dough and fill the tofu mixture and roll it out

  4. On a skillet cook it on both side with clarified butter

  5. Serve it with pickle and yogurt
