Ingredients

  • baby spinach
  • carrots
  • rice, colored with blue spirulina
  • sauteed mushrooms and zucchini
  • radishes
  • black bean pattie, with some vegan sesame mayonnaise on top
  • Recipe for the patties
  • 1 can black beans (380g)
  • 1/3 breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsp quinoa (measure uncooked)
  • 1/3 cup tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp smooked paprika powder
  • salt

Preparation

  1. Cook the quinoa. Drain and mash the beans with a fork. Mix everything together, form patties and fry in a pan
