Rainbowbowl
Ingredients
- baby spinach
- carrots
- rice, colored with blue spirulina
- sauteed mushrooms and zucchini
- radishes
- black bean pattie, with some vegan sesame mayonnaise on top
- Recipe for the patties
- 1 can black beans (380g)
- 1/3 breadcrumbs
- 4 tbsp quinoa (measure uncooked)
- 1/3 cup tomato puree
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp smooked paprika powder
- salt
Preparation
Cook the quinoa. Drain and mash the beans with a fork. Mix everything together, form patties and fry in a pan
