Raw Celery Pulp Crackers

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shishito peppers, stems removed
  • 1/2 large Thai hot chili
  • 2 cups celery pulp
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup water

Preparation

  1. Food process the ingredients until mixed, or use a high speed blender for smoother texture.

  2. Spread the batter onto a nonstick dehydrator tray and score into desired cracker sizes.

  3. Dehydrate at 115°F until the crackers can be flipped onto a mesh tray, then continue dehydrating until completely dry.
