Raw Celery Pulp Crackers
Ingredients
- 2 cups shishito peppers, stems removed
- 1/2 large Thai hot chili
- 2 cups celery pulp
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 1/2 cup water
Preparation
Food process the ingredients until mixed, or use a high speed blender for smoother texture.
Spread the batter onto a nonstick dehydrator tray and score into desired cracker sizes.
Dehydrate at 115°F until the crackers can be flipped onto a mesh tray, then continue dehydrating until completely dry.
