Raw Crackers

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shishito peppers, stems removed
  • 1/2 large thai hot chili
  • 2 cups celery pulp
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup water

Preparation

  1. Food process the ingredients until it is all mixed. You could also use a high speed blender for a smoother texture

  2. Spread the batter onto a nonstick dehydrator tray. This made enough batter to cover one entire full size Excalibur dehydrator tray. With a knife, carefully score into the cracker size that you would like

  3. Dehydrate at 115F until you can flip onto the mesh tray. Then dehydrate until completely try
