Raw Crackers
Ingredients
- 2 cups shishito peppers, stems removed
- 1/2 large thai hot chili
- 2 cups celery pulp
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 1/2 cup water
Preparation
Food process the ingredients until it is all mixed. You could also use a high speed blender for a smoother texture
Spread the batter onto a nonstick dehydrator tray. This made enough batter to cover one entire full size Excalibur dehydrator tray. With a knife, carefully score into the cracker size that you would like
Dehydrate at 115F until you can flip onto the mesh tray. Then dehydrate until completely try
