Refreshing Green Ginger Smoothie with Kale and Blueberries

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen zucchini
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 large handful fresh kale
  • 1/4 tsp fresh organic ginger, peeled
  • 1-2 scoops of protein powder
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp spirulina

Toppings

  • lovvelavva yogurt
  • bee pollen
  • rose petals
  • kiwi

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.

  2. Top the smoothie with yogurt, bee pollen, rose petals, and kiwi.
