Refreshing Green Ginger Smoothie with Kale and Blueberries
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen zucchini
- 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 large handful fresh kale
- 1/4 tsp fresh organic ginger, peeled
- 1-2 scoops of protein powder
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/2 tsp spirulina
Toppings
- lovvelavva yogurt
- bee pollen
- rose petals
- kiwi
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
Top the smoothie with yogurt, bee pollen, rose petals, and kiwi.
