Spiced Tofu and Paneer Stuffed Paratha
Ingredients
- Tofu
- Chili powder
- Salt
- Cumin powder
- Onion
- Whole wheat dough
- Clarified butter
- Pickle
- Yogurt
Preparation
Grate the tofu and sauté it for a couple of minutes.
In a bowl, add the sautéed tofu with chili powder, salt, cumin powder, onion, and mix well.
Take some whole wheat dough, fill it with the tofu mixture, and roll it out.
On a skillet, cook the paratha on both sides with clarified butter.
Serve with pickle and yogurt.
Notes
Paneer or tofu is a good source of protein for vegetarians and is loved by kids and adults alike. Some yogurt and pickle on the side is perfect.
