Vegan Thai Style Pizza
Ingredients
- Pizza dough
- Satay sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 white onion
- 1 carrot
- Vegan cheese
- Squeaky Bean Thai chicken style pieces
- Fresh coriander
- Roasted peanuts
- Chilli flakes
Preparation
Roll out the pizza dough.
Spread satay sauce evenly over the dough as the base.
Chop and fry one white onion for 5 minutes, then add it to the pizza.
Grate one carrot and add it evenly over the pizza along with vegan cheese and Thai chicken style pieces.
Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
Finish with fresh coriander, roasted peanuts, and chilli flakes, then enjoy.
