Vegan Thai Style Pizza

Ingredients

  • Pizza dough
  • Satay sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 carrot
  • Vegan cheese
  • Squeaky Bean Thai chicken style pieces
  • Fresh coriander
  • Roasted peanuts
  • Chilli flakes

Preparation

  1. Roll out the pizza dough.

  2. Spread satay sauce evenly over the dough as the base.

  3. Chop and fry one white onion for 5 minutes, then add it to the pizza.

  4. Grate one carrot and add it evenly over the pizza along with vegan cheese and Thai chicken style pieces.

  5. Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.

  6. Finish with fresh coriander, roasted peanuts, and chilli flakes, then enjoy.
