Yummy Oat and Date Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup dates
- 4 tbsp peanut butter or any nut butter
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup for vegan version
- 1 tbsp chia and flax seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Pinch of salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and optional spices
Preparation
Grind half of the oats into flour.
Pre-soak dates in warm water for easier blending.
Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor until a clump of dough forms.
Roll the dough into balls.
Coat the balls with your desired coating.
