Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats (grind 1/2 into flour)
- 1/2 cup dates (pre-soaked in warm water for easier blending)
- 4 tbsp peanut butter or any nut butter
- 3 tbsp cacao powder (i mixed half cacao and chocolate protein powder)
- 3 tbsp honey ( maple syrop for vegan version )
- 1 tbsp chia and flax seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- pinch of salt, cinnamon, nutmeg or your desired spices
Preparation
Roll them into balls, coat them with whatever you like
In a blender/food processor, mix ingredients till a clump of dough forms
