Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats (grind 1/2 into flour)
  • 1/2 cup dates (pre-soaked in warm water for easier blending)
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter or any nut butter
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder (i mixed half cacao and chocolate protein powder)
  • 3 tbsp honey ( maple syrop for vegan version )
  • 1 tbsp chia and flax seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • pinch of salt, cinnamon, nutmeg or your desired spices

Preparation

  1. Roll them into balls, coat them with whatever you like

  2. In a blender/food processor, mix ingredients till a clump of dough forms
