Buckwheat Groats


  • For milk (you can use just water if you prefer as well): 2 tbsp of hemp seeds blended w/ 1 cup of water (or 1 cup of nut/seed milk) ??1/4 cup raw buckwheat groats – 6g of protein / 1g of fiber ??4-6 tsp chia seeds – about 11g of fiber / 5g of protein (6 tsp) ??1/2 tsp CEYLON cinnamon (optional) ?? 1 tsp of organic maple syrup (optional)


  1. Place ingredients in container (with lid – we usually use our pyrex glass containers)

  2. Wake up and throw in blender until desired consistency - pour in bowl! Add fresh fruit or nuts (optional: bananas, maple syrup to sweeten, apples, berries, hemp seeds, etc)

  3. Enjoy
