Cinnamon Cardamom Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- pinch of salt
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk ?
Preparation
Stir everything except banana in a container and set overnight in the fridge
In the morning prior to serving, mix in mashed banana and serve topped with your favorite fruit
