Cinnamon Cardamom Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk ?

Preparation

  1. Stir everything except banana in a container and set overnight in the fridge

  2. In the morning prior to serving, mix in mashed banana and serve topped with your favorite fruit
