Easy Avocado Chocolate Mousse with Salt and Cacao
Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1 ripe banana
- 6 medjool dates
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 3 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- Cocoa nibs
Preparation
Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until a smooth mousse is formed.
Serve with cocoa nibs sprinkled on top for enjoyment.
Tips
Reduce the amount of banana and increase cacao powder for a richer flavor, as done in this version.
Adding a pinch of salt can enhance the chocolate taste.
