Easy Avocado Chocolate Mousse with Salt and Cacao

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 6 medjool dates
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 3 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cocoa nibs

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until a smooth mousse is formed.

  2. Serve with cocoa nibs sprinkled on top for enjoyment.

Tips

  1. Reduce the amount of banana and increase cacao powder for a richer flavor, as done in this version.
