Easy Homemade Electrolyte Drink with Lemon

Ingredients

  • 16 oz filtered water
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • OPTIONAL: 1 tbsp coconut sugar or maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Combine 16 oz of filtered water, juice of 1 lemon, 1/2 tsp of sea salt, and optionally 1 tbsp of coconut sugar or maple syrup for sweetness.

  2. Stir well to mix all ingredients.

  3. Drink the mixture to replenish electrolytes, or alternatively, consume fresh coconut water for a similar effect.
