Mango Banana Smoothie with Nutty Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1 mango
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 nectarine
  • 1 orange
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • some coconut water

Toppings

  • chia seed
  • sunflower seeds
  • almonds
  • coconut
  • goji berries
  • raspberries

Preparation

  1. Peel and chop the mango, bananas, nectarine, and orange

  2. Blend the chopped fruits with raspberries and coconut water until smooth

  3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.

  4. Top with chia seed, sunflower seeds, almonds, coconut, goji berries, and raspberries.
