Pumpkin Spice Vanilla Nicecream Pots
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped frozen banana
- 1/2 cup vanilla soya milk
- 4 tbsp pumpkin purée
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Add the frozen bananas and soya milk to your high speed blender and blitz until smooth
In a separate bowl mix the pumpkin purée, spices and extracts
Fold the pumpkin purée through the nicecream and serve immediately
Garnish with some extra ground cinnamon ?
