Pumpkin Spice Vanilla Nicecream Pots

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped frozen banana⁣
  • 1/2 cup vanilla soya milk ⁣
  • 4 tbsp pumpkin purée ⁣
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon ⁣
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom ⁣
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger⁣
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract ⁣
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract ⁣

Preparation

  1. Add the frozen bananas and soya milk to your high speed blender and blitz until smooth

  2. In a separate bowl mix the pumpkin purée, spices and extracts

  3. Fold the pumpkin purée through the nicecream and serve immediately

  4. Garnish with some extra ground cinnamon ? ⁣
