Simple No-Blend Mini Caramel Slices

Ingredients

Base

  • 5 tablespoons LSA
  • 1 tablespoon oats
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon rice malt syrup

Caramel

  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 3 tablespoons rice malt syrup
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted

Chocolate

  • Vegan or raw dark chocolate, as needed
  • Raw cacao powder, coconut oil, sweetener to taste

Preparation

  1. Mix the wet ingredients for the base, then add the dry ingredients.

  2. Divide the mixture and press it into small chocolate moulds or similar bases.

  3. Whisk the caramel ingredients until smooth and pour over the bases.

  4. Prepare the chocolate layer by either mixing equal parts raw cacao powder and coconut oil with sweetener to taste or melting vegan chocolate, and add it on top of the caramel layer
