Ingredients

  • 1 small handful of almonds
  • 1/4 cup of oats
  • 1 frozen banana
  • juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 tsp of turmeric
  • 1 handful of mango
  • 1 tsp of coconut oil
  • small chunk of ginger
  • 1 tbsp of milled flax seed
  • coconut milk
