Ingredients
- 1 small handful of almonds
- 1/4 cup of oats
- 1 frozen banana
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1 tsp of turmeric
- 1 handful of mango
- 1 tsp of coconut oil
- small chunk of ginger
- 1 tbsp of milled flax seed
- coconut milk
Preparation
Blitz until smooth
