Mango Banana Smoothie with Nutty Toppings
Ingredients
- 1 mango
- 2 bananas
- 1 nectarine
- 1 orange
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- some coconut water
Toppings
- chia seed
- sunflower seeds
- almonds
- coconut
- goji berries
- raspberries
Preparation
Peel and chop the mango, bananas, nectarine, and orange
Blend the chopped fruits with raspberries and coconut water until smooth
Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
Top with chia seed, sunflower seeds, almonds, coconut, goji berries, and raspberries.
