Refreshing Mango Lassi Smoothie with Fruits and Greens

  • half pear

  • kiwifruit

  • coconut water
  • toasted organic granola
  • chia seeds
  • favorite seeds and nuts

Preparation

  1. Prepare the bottom orange layer by blending mangoes, a handful of raspberries, banana, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, and a tiny piece of ginger.

  2. Prepare the middle yellow layer with mango, banana, pineapple pieces, half an apple, and half a pear.

  3. Prepare the top green layer using spinach, cucumber, kale, matcha, kiwifruit, banana, and avocado.

  4. Use coconut water as the base for the smoothie.

  5. While mixing, add toasted organic granola with chia seeds soaked in coconut water.

  6. Top the smoothie with favorite seeds and nuts for extra crunchy flavors.
