Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Bottom orange layer is mangoes
  • handful raspberries
  • banana and 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • tiny piece of ginger
  • Middle yellow combo is mango
  • banana
  • pineapple pieces
  • half apple
  • half pear ?Top green combo is spinach
  • cucumber
  • kale
  • matcha
  • kiwifruit banana
  • avocado ?Base of this smoothie is coconutwater

Preparation

  1. While mixing I also added some toasted organic granola with Chiaseeds soaked in coconut water
