Vibrant Four-Color Smoothie Bowl Creation
Ingredients
- 200 g frozen pineapple
- 1 teaspoon blue spirulina powder
- splash of soy milk
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1-2 tablespoons creamy plant-based yogurt
- 2 very ripe frozen bananas
- 1 teaspoon pink pitaya powder
- splash of plant-based milk (soy or other)
Preparation
Blend the blue smoothie using 200 g frozen pineapple, 1 teaspoon blue spirulina powder, a splash of soy milk, 1 scoop of protein powder, and 1-2 tablespoons creamy plant-based yogurt.
For the pink smoothie, blend 2 very ripe frozen bananas (peeled and sliced), 1 teaspoon pink pitaya powder, a splash of soy milk or any other plant-based milk, and add protein powder and 1-2 tablespoons creamy yogurt.
To keep the smoothie thick, add protein powder as a tip.
