Vibrant Four-Color Smoothie Bowl Creation

Ingredients

  • 200 g frozen pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon blue spirulina powder
  • splash of soy milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons creamy plant-based yogurt
  • 2 very ripe frozen bananas
  • 1 teaspoon pink pitaya powder
  • splash of plant-based milk (soy or other)

Preparation

  1. Blend the blue smoothie using 200 g frozen pineapple, 1 teaspoon blue spirulina powder, a splash of soy milk, 1 scoop of protein powder, and 1-2 tablespoons creamy plant-based yogurt.

  2. For the pink smoothie, blend 2 very ripe frozen bananas (peeled and sliced), 1 teaspoon pink pitaya powder, a splash of soy milk or any other plant-based milk, and add protein powder and 1-2 tablespoons creamy yogurt.

  3. To keep the smoothie thick, add protein powder as a tip.
