  • 3 tablespoons of cauliflower rice

  • 1 teaspoon of hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds and 1 teaspoon of raisins
  • For the toppings: peanut butter, 1/2 kiwi, 1 date, shredded coconut and mulberries
