Cinnamon Proats
Ingredients
- 1/2c of rolled oats
- 1/2 scoop of vegan protein powder (i used vanilla)
- 1/4tsp of sea salt
- 1/2tsp of maca powder
- 2tsp of cinnamon
- 1tsp of chia seeds
- 1/4ish cup of frozen cauliflower rice
- 1/2 an apple
- •1/2 a banana
- •a sprinkle of chia seeds & hemp hearts
- •some bluebes
- •splash of unsweetened cashew mylk
