  • 1/2c of rolled oats
  • 1/2 scoop of vegan protein powder (i used vanilla)
  • 1/4tsp of sea salt
  • 1/2tsp of maca powder
  • 2tsp of cinnamon
  • 1tsp of chia seeds
  • 1/4ish cup of frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 an apple
  • •1/2 a banana
  • •a sprinkle of chia seeds & hemp hearts
  • •some bluebes
  • •splash of unsweetened cashew mylk
