Simple Low-FODMAP Coconut Raspberry Popsicles
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk
- 3 tbsp organic shredded coconut or coconut meat
- 2 tsp maple syrup or 1/2 ripe banana
- fresh berries
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Scoop the mixture into popsicle moulds, which can be found at most discount stores.
Add fresh berries to the moulds.
Insert a popsicle stick into each mould.
Freeze for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight for best results.
