Coconut Raspberry Popsicles


  • Simply add to a blender 1/2 cup plant-based milk with 3 tbsp of organic shredded coconut/coconut meat and 2 tsp maple syrup or 1/2 ripe banana (to sweeten), scoop the mixture in popsicle moulds (you can find these at most discount stores), add some fresh berries, pop a popsicle stick into them and freeze for at least 4 hours (overnight is best).
