Croissant Frittata to Kick Off 2020
Ingredients
- bacon (about half a pack)
- 10 eggs
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- 5-6 large croissants
Preparation
Cook and crumble about half a pack of bacon (can be done the night before).
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine 10 eggs, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon chili flakes, 1 teaspoon paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Tear 5-6 large croissants into pieces and place them into a greased baking dish.
Pour the egg mixture over the croissants, cover, and bake for 30 minutes.
