Go-To Seamoss Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2-3 ripe spotted burro bananas
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- half a ripe mango
- 1/4 seamoss gel
- dash of organic ceylon cinnamon
- spring water
Preparation
Throw everything into your blender and blend until smooth
Add more water to make a thinner and less if you want it ticker
