Go-to Seamoss Smoothie with Bananas and Dates
Ingredients
- 2-3 ripe spotted burro bananas
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- Half a ripe mango
- 1/4 seamoss gel
- Dash of organic ceylon cinnamon
- Spring water
Preparation
Throw everything into your blender and blend until smooth.
Add more water to make it thinner or use less water if you want it thicker.
