Go-to Seamoss Smoothie with Bananas and Dates

Ingredients

  • 2-3 ripe spotted burro bananas
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted
  • Half a ripe mango
  • 1/4 seamoss gel
  • Dash of organic ceylon cinnamon
  • Spring water

Preparation

  1. Throw everything into your blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Add more water to make it thinner or use less water if you want it thicker.
