Go-To Seamoss Smoothie ⁣⁣

Ingredients

  • 2-3 ripe spotted burro bananas⁣⁣
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted ⁣⁣
  • half a ripe mango⁣⁣
  • 1/4 seamoss gel⁣⁣
  • dash of organic ceylon cinnamon⁣⁣
  • spring water ⁣⁣

Preparation

  1. Throw everything into your blender and blend until smooth

  2. Add more water to make a thinner and less if you want it ticker
